Our legal assistants and other support staff have a commitment to excellence and attention to client service that enhances the quality of our practice. Customer service is a top priority that our staff provides to our clients in an efficient manner. Each month, our staff comes together with ideas for improvement upon the services given to our clients and the general management of the office. All our staff members have access to high-speed computers, internet connections, and e-mail accounts. Our current staff in the order of service, including their email addresses, is as follows: MaryLou Janeba, Bookkeeper, has worked for the firm since 1987. She handles all bookkeeping, accounting and billing matters for the firm. E-Mail Marylou Janeba Deborah Jamison, Legal Assistant, has worked for the firm since 1991. She has over 26 years legal experience and works with Mr. Crothers' clients. E-mail Debbie Jamison Julie Jarvis, Law Clerk, has worked for the firm since 2007. She is a student at Willamette University College of Law and works part-time as a law clerk for the firm.
