Support programs:

Revised in March of 2007, and modified to a completely new format in 2003 pursuant to Oregon Administrative Rules, this software computes child support (taking into consideration many variables) pursuant to Oregon laws (Uniform Child Support Guidelines). The new format exactly mirrors the forms supplied by the State of Oregon Division of Child Support

Programs are available in spreadsheet template format for Excel (*.xls) or Quattro Pro compatible programs. Software is available by mail (on a disk or CD) for $179 or by e-mail for $169. If program will be used on more than one computer, the one time network cost per computer is $29.

Divorce Cases:

A program for the indexing of almost all Oregon cases, through December 2006, which affirmed or modified alimony or child support in the last 25 years (more than 570 cases). Cases are indexed by Name, Oregon and Pacific cites, length of marriage, husband's gross income and amount of spousal support. At this time, we are no longer selling a Runtime (standalone version), which means if you have Microsoft Access you only need to update the *.MDB file. If you have neither and are unwilling to purchase Access, we will offer (same price) an Excel spreadsheet containing the same information but slightly more difficult to visualize and sort. Either version will allow you to add cases or make changes. The Divorce cases software is available through E-MAIL ($139) OR CD ($144) ONLY.
