Background:
In the practice of law for more than 30 years focusing on the areas of family law, business law, real esate and estate planning. Atternded University of Oretgon and Willamette University, graduating from the latter (Law School) in 1969. Listed in Best Lawyers in American and previously a member of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers since 1989. Attended various trainings on mediation including a 40 hour course from the American Academy of Matrimonial lawyers in 1992. Author of various software for lawyers and for calculation of child support for more than 20 years. Also written articles and conducted seminars for various continuing education sessions.
Availability:
Although retired from the practice of law, I am available to conduct mediation anywhere in Oregon, but primarily in the Willamette valley area and Marion and Polk Counties specifically.

Available by phone with no chartge for initial phone introduction.
Sessions:
Mediation sessions are conducted with all parties, or with parties having authority to bind the parties, often with individual caucuses, as needed.
