Our firm was founded by William C. Crothers in
1980 and has grown since that time to now consist of four attorneys with a
total staff of approximately fifteen people, which is a medium size firm in

It is our firm's goal to provide complete legal

law, and other professionals such as accountants, appraisers, and
counselors, which facilitate prompt referrals to qualified professionals
